8th TJs Winter Festival

After two dry years due to that cursed lockdown TJs are delighted to announce that we will again be hosting our very own TJs Beer Festival on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th February 2022 down at the club. As in previous years it will be held in the warm (and dry) clubhouse, whatever the weather!
If previous years are anything to go back it should be a cracking weekend with plenty of delicious ales to savour and exciting 6 Nations Rugby on the TV.A mouth-watering selection of 24 cask ales will be available to sample, plus some real ciders and perrys for those so inclined. T
Js very own Beer Somelier Chris Hardwick is searching high & low for some interesting ales for the festival, with some due to appear for the first time at the club. Plus Cider Bill will be on-hand to guide the uninitiated through the finer points of cider drinking.
The fun starts on Friday 4th Feb at 5pm (until 11pm) and continues on Saturday 5th Feb from 11AM to 11pm. All beers and ciders are purchased with tokens in halves or pints, with a souvenir glass yours for only £2. Food and soft drinks will be available at all sessions and the Six Nations rugby will be shown on the big screen on Saturday:

2.15pm Ireland vs Wales
4.45pm Scotland vs England
A perfect antidote to the dark and chilly February blues, so be sure to join in the fun. With two years of lockdown we have some catching-up to do !! ??
